The conference takes place at the Hotel Shigira Mirage in Miyakojima, Japan. We have negotiated special rates with the conference hotel, as well as with 4 other hotels of the Shigira Seven Miles Resort. You can see the relative locations of the hotels on this resort map. There will be shuttle buses running within the resort.

All prices are in Japanese yen (JPY). Rates are per room per night and include tax and breakfast. Single and double refer only to occupancy; the room itself is the same (at some of the hotels two persons in the room costs more than one, primarily because of the additional breakfast).
We have blocked a number of rooms in the above hotels for conference attendees that will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional rooms are on a space-available and as-needed basis. You are encouraged to make your reservation as early as possible and no later than March 7, 2025 in order to ensure the rate and availability. After the cutoff date any remaining rooms in the block that have not been reserved will be released by the hotel for sale to other guests.Update: The cutoff date has passed and the reservation link below will report no availablility. You can contact the hotel by email or phone and they will honor the group rate as long as they have rooms available, at their discretion.

After selecting your check-in date, the list of hotels is displayed. Select your hotel and your check-in date. You can change your check-out date (default is next day) by clicking in the pop-up displayed at the bottom (make sure that Javascript and pop-ups are not blocked). The website seems to only accept credit cards issued in Japan, even though it asks for a lot of information. A simple option is to select "Pay at hotel". The hotel asks for your gender to provide the appropriate amenities and for your age to determine whether you qualify for a child discount.
The group rate is available from April 10th through April 21st for those wishing to extend their stay. Those staying on after the conference should be aware that the Miyakojima TriAthlon on Sunday, April 20th could disrupt local transportation on that day.
